Strength Training features a blend of strength and mobility and can be modified for any ability.

Cost:  $15 drop in

 

​Kettlebell Conditioning features mobility, strength and endurance exercises using kettlebells every Wednesday at 7 a.m.  This class is good for all levels from beginner to experienced.

Cost:  $15 (or $12 with punchcard)

Circuit Class is a quick moving class with Lya Wodraska to get the blood pumping and calories burning!  Reservations are not required, but very helpful in our planning!

Cost:  $10 (or $8 with punchcard)
