AJ MULLINS

THE BACKLiNE SLC Coach
C.H.E.K Integrated Movement Science Level 1
C.H.E.K Holistic Lifestyle Coaching Level 1
Titleist Performance Institute Certified Coach
Hi! I'm a passionate advocate for living a balanced and active life.
I have spent the majority of my adult life glued to some sort of screen (computer, phone, TV) which took a significant toll on my body and mind. Eventually, I had enough and decided it was time to make some changes and start embracing a more balanced lifestyle. My journey to better health had finally begun.
How does this help YOU?
-
I understand the reality of not having enough energy.
-
I understand the annoying but consistent aches and pains.
-
I understand the difficulty of making healthy food choices.
-
I understand the confusion about picking a workout plan.
-
I understand what you are going through as I lived it myself for many years.
I am passionate about serving others on their personal journey towards a healthier and more balanced life. I am here to help!

I believe each person has the ability to live at their highest potential by putting their health first, that includes exercise, diet, spiritual fitness and being a member of a healthy community. My beliefs are based on my own experience of getting my body out of pain, once I did, my life changed for the better. I have a passion to guide others in to the world of solutions I discovered for myself.

My personal experience as an athlete is in collegiate soccer, running and biking events. I enjoy focusing on movements in the gym so I can bike and run at whatever distance I need. I love utilizing kettlebells and functional movement patterns in the gym to keep my clients healthy so they can experience adventures in the great outdoors.
I specialize in corrective exercise, spinal health, motherhood challenges (both physical and emotional) and running form correction.

I believe that better fitness leads to more freedom- freedom to climb mountains, run trails, help your buddy move, or join your kids on the playground. The only thing that rivals the joy I feel in expanding my own freedom is helping others expand theirs.
I have a BS in Health Education and certifications in Personal Training, Corrective Exercise, and Nutrition from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). I have also worked in the stress management and mindfulness space for the last 6 years. All this experience gives me a well-rounded and holistic approach to health and fitness.
My highest priority is helping my clients move well and feel good while leading them towards their goals.
Outside of training, I like to hike, camp, climb, canyoneer, and trail run. I have several races on my calendar this year. I also run a float therapy center in Park City.

LIBBA SHANNONHOUSE
BS and MS degrees in Exercise Science, Appalachian State University
Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist
with National Strength and Conditioning Association
Masters level Exercise Physiologist
More than 20 years of clinical experience

I am a Master's level Exercise Physiologist who has been training clients for over 30 years. I began with my certification as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with the National Strength and Conditioning Association. I have had 7 years experience in physical therapy clinics and over 20 years in preventative medicine and health care. I specialize in functional training focused on strength, stability, mobility and rehabilitation.
My wish for others is the same as that for myself, to have the strength, stability and ability to do the activities that bring us joy without pain or injury. Our ability to age well begins with our ability to move through our world. It is strength and stability that allows us to hike and bike the mountain trails, ski the last run of the day, play with our children, and travel to new adventures. My desire is to help you train the way that suits you best to achieve your own personal goals.
I moved to Utah after working 10 years as a whitewater river guide. I stayed because of the love I have for the outdoors. My own motivation to train is so I can continue to enjoy the activities I love, such as skiing, hiking, backpacking, mountain biking, road cycling, and more. I stay motivated by the people I meet when I'm in the mountains, those who are still hiking and doing the things they enjoy well into their later decades of life. I want to live as well as I can for as long as I can and I want you to be able to do the same!
LINX ROBERTS

LYA WODRASKA

C.H.E.K Practitioner
Olympic Lifting Coach
Golf Performance Specialist
Holistic Lifestyle Coach
Tour Physio
Proprietor, THE BACKLiNE SLC
I am the owner of THE BACKLiNE SLC and have been a C.H.E.K certified trainer in the Salt Lake City area for more than 15 years. I also serve as a tour physio, including working with U2's crew since 2015.
As a C.H.E.K certified coach, I have a holistic view of health, and include fitness plans, nutrition goals and lifestyle challenges to help clients reach their goals.

Thanks to today’s lifestyle tendencies of too much sitting and not enough moving, I frequently address posture correction and rehabilitation techniques with my clients. Shoulder, knee, hip and back rehabilitation are specialties for me as are diet plans which can help clients reduce inflammation, increase energy, and lose weight, if desired.

I also enjoy working with athletes and designing programs for their specific sports. As an avid cyclist, hiker, and cross country skier, I understand the importance of getting an athletic program dialed in for the individual so they can enjoy their highest potential.
MEGAN JENSEN

ISSA Certified Trainer
As a certified trainer by the International Sports Sciences Association, I have spent the last two years working with people varying from young adults just starting their fitness journey to older adults who want to move and feel better. I focus on improving my clients’ body composition and strength, which helps them move with confidence in and outside of the gym.

I love helping people realize they are capable of more than they think. Watching my clients gain that confidence is one of the most rewarding parts of my jobs.

In my spare time I love to read, travel, hike and going on adventures with friends and family.
MONICA GIBSON

THE BACKLiNE SLC Trainer
I am a certified trainer with emphasis in nutrition coaching, behavior change, pain-free performance and pre/post-pregnancy.

I enjoy working with everyday athletes. I believe we are all capable of living an amazing, adventure-filled and independent life and training can help create that. We often become used to life without movement and find it challenging to continue to do activities we enjoy most or don’t always notice how much harder our daily activities become. Adding intentional movement into our routine so we can live life fulfilled is what I’m on a mission to do.

In my free time I love playing outside and includes activities like hiking, biking, backpacking, snowboarding sand volleyball and playing with my dog dog.

Some of these activities I didn’t begin until the last 3-to-5 years which is a testament that it’s never too late to learn to try something new!
